The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the 164 statement of the victim wherein she has categorically stated that she voluntarily left her house and performed marriage with this petitioner and she also disclosed her age as 20 years.

Considering the 164 statement of the victim, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
