2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 22381 of 2019 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 21.08.2023.
3. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 3 and 4, the MJC No. 2637 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt has to be submitted in the office by Monday i.e.
Patna High Court MJC No.2637 of 2023(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 20.01.2025.
