The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No.133 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354B, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the case, as alleged, is of mere Marpit. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been named only because there was some dispute regarding the place of wedding within the temple premises.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and

No.49079 of 2014 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S.
