There being delay of 67 days in filing of the application, I.A. No.4282 of 2015 has been filed. Taking note of the grounds raised in the memorandum of appeal and after going through the detailed order passed in the appeal on 08.012015, we find that in the matter of disposing of

No.84 of 2015(4) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 the appeal pertaining to challenge made to the order passed by the learned competent appellate tribunal, the grounds raised in this application do not fall in the category of grounds permissible for review under Order XLVII of the Code of Civil Procedure as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sasi (Dead) through Legal Representatives versus Aravindakshan Nair and ors. [(2017) 4 SCC 692]. The applicant wants reconsideration of the entire matter on merits.
