2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. for having looted the informant and others. The petitioner is accused in five more serious cases in the town of Patna. It appears that the petitioner is a professional criminal. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected herewith.

5. The District Judge, Patna is directed to conclude
