One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail since 01.11.2015. Although, the petitioner appears to have been made accused in three other cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in one case the petitioner has already been acquitted whereas in two cases he is enjoying the privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhor P.S. case No.88/ 2015.
