====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of Request Case No.10 of 2012 which was dismissed in view of a peremptory order dated 26.4.2013. The records of Request Case No.10 of 2012 indicate that it was dismissed without notice being served on the respondent.

Taking note of the aforesaid and the grounds indicated in the application, the same is allowed. Request Case No.10 of 2012 is restored to its original file. Petitioner to file process fee in Request Case No.10 of 2012 along with correct address of the respondents within a period of six weeks from today failing which Request Case No.10 of 2012 shall be proceeded to be considered on merit in accordance with law, without granting any further time.
