1. The present writ petition has been filed to direct the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad, to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner in view of the fact that the petitioner, who is posted as a Teacher at Middle School, Padrawam, Madanpur, District-Aurangabad, has completed the entire construction work of the school building in question.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad, for grant of No Objection Certificate, however

Patna High Court CWJC No.14977 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 seeks a direction upon the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad, to consider the same, in accordance with law and dispose off the same, forthwith. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
