The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhepura (Mahila) P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 registered under Sections 498A, 494/34, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Keeping in mind the nature of allegation and the relation of the informant with the petitioner, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Mahila)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25098 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
