JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 4.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 38578 of 2018 while granting bail to other petitioners.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now supervision note is available in which case was not found true and compromise is reached between the parties. Heard learned APP also.

It appears from perusal of the order rejecting anticipatory bail of the petitioner was passed in the year 2018 and now after two years petitioner has come for anticipatory bail again.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
