2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the dispute of the present writ petition may be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARRA).
3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the concerned Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARRA) within a period of 30 days from today and the concerned LARRA is also
Patna High Court CWJC No.16458 of 2022(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 directed to hear the matter of the petitioner on its own merit, condoning the delay, taking into consideration that the matter was pending before this Court since 2022 itself and shall dispose of the matter of the petitioner after hearing the concerned parties within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
