This appeal is for grant of pre arrest bail and the case is under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3 (ii)(v) of the S.C. & S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act and there is direct allegation against the appellant. In such view of the matter, this appeal is not maintainable. Let the appellant surrender before the court of Special Judge and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
