The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the IPC.

One plastic bag was recovered from a drain containing a dead body. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation, Savita Devi, the mother of the deceased Raj Kumar Yada,v disclosed that Raj Kumar Yadav had gone with Kare Lal Yadav. Salaj Kumar, the brother of the deceased disclosed that he had seen the deceased in the company of Sanjay Singh, Kare Lal Yadav, Ankit Kumar, Pawan Yadav and Dilip Sah.. Except that, there is no material against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Rail P.S.Case No.40 of 2014.
