The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 16.08.2018 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Trial No. 2219 of 2018 arising out of Thawe P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 304B, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Ashish Giri, learned advocate for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.762 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 petitioners has fairly informed this Court that after the framing of charge, one witness out of sixteen named prosecution witnesses, has been examined.
Considering the aforestated facts, I am not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. The petition stands dismissed.
