JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite repeated calls no body appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.63 of 2016 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the age of the victim and her statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in annexure-2 to the present application, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.63 of 2016 subject to the conditions as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25147 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
