The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding seven accused persons including the petitioner engaging in sale of iron machinery parts of a sugar mill.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and no recovery has been made of the said iron machinery parts from the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58808 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 since 08.07.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that the co-accused person has already been granted bail vide order dated 12.09.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 56990 of 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.
