1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by an order dated 06.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.45987 of 2021 in the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR.

3. The Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

4. The bail application of the petitioner stands rejected accordingly.
