2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of participating in the killing of the deceased. The petitioner is the wife of one Kailash Kumar, who is said to be involved in the killing of the deceased using the phone of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female and she is pregnant, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025, subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through her lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
