The petitioner assails the order dated 18.07.2012 passed in Complaint Case No. 14 of 2006 by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffapur whereby the complaint case filed by the complainant has been dismissed.

From the perusal of the order dated 18.07.2012, it appears that the Complaint Case No. 14 of 2006 was filed by the petitioner alleging gross illegality, irregularity and corruption by public servants in his village Pirapur, Block-Bandra, DistrictMuzaffarpur of the various works done by those public servants. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50371 of 2012 dt.14-05-2015 2/2 petitioner had applied for information regarding such acts to the Panchayat Secretary-cum-Public Information Officer and the same has been provided after appeal has been filed. No ground has been made out for interfering with the order dated 18.07.2012 passed in Complaint Case No. 14 of 2006 by the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, this application is dismissed.
