Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already complied the impugned order of transfer dated 1.12.2014 while this Court would not be inclined to interfere in the matter but then it is made clear that if now the petitioner, who has already been subjected to three order of transfer in the year 2014, if is again sought to be transferred, at least the reason for such premature transfer shall be communicated by the respondents before transferring him even without allowing him to complete the normal tenure.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
