The present writ application has been filed for a direction to respondent authorities for removal of encroachment made by respondent no.11 over the land of Zila Parishad pertaining to Khata No.117, Khesra No.194, situated at Motihari in the District of East Champaran.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25364 of 2013 (2) dt.28-06-2017 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn having become infructuous.
