The petitioners being the wives of the younger brothers of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband and brother of the husband have been acquitted vide Sessions Trial No.345 of 2014/73 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50482 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.88 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gopalganj subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
