The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.364 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the case relates to robbery and the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation disclosure made by the co-accused, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
