2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2023 in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner and others is of taking away the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has stated that she has left her home because of the illtreatment by her parents. It is next submitted that the victim girl is a major and only with a view to make the offence graver, the informant has mentioned her age as 17 years. The petitioner has

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI Exclusive Special Court POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2022.
