There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he as well as other accused opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant. Informant sustained grievous injury said to be caused by firearms. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about five cases.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.
