Puri Police Station Case No.114 of 2015 registered for an offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the counter affidavit, it is pointed that arrest warrants were issued against Jitendra Kumar, but he has been granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class. It is also pointed out that further investigations are being carried out to ascertain whereabouts of the missing person.
Keeping in view the averments made in the counter affidavit, no further directions can be issued. The writ application stands disposed of.
