2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits on the basis of
Patna High Court CWJC No.21590 of 2014 dt.02-08-2018 the statement made in para 3(ii) of the counter affidavit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and he has been granted dealership of the PDS shop on compassionate ground in the meeting held on 21.11.2014 by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara and the proceeding of the meeting has been communicated to the petitioner by letter no. 1038/aa dated 21.11.2014.
4. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.
