Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 174 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 427, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per first information report, the specific allegation is against Tamanna. Against the petitioners there is no specific allegation of assaulting the informant or anyone. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of
