The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that nothing has been stated in the first information report regarding theft of coal from any particular place, the petitioners, who being owner and driver respectively of the truck bearing registration no.JH02M0915 claimed that the coal was lifted under valid consignment from M/s Laxmi Coal Traders, Jojobera Indira, Jarba, Charhi, Hazaribag (Jharkhand), are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
