The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363/384/385 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The name of this petitioner has come during investigation in this case after two months due to village politics. The victim Suresh Mishra has given statement before the police, wherein, he has not taken name of this petitioner . Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that co -accused Manjesh Paswan @ Manjesh Kumar with similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 1.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.8. 2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
