Petitioner, being the second wife of the husband of the deceased, has been made accused Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code for having caused death of the first wife of the husband on account of non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. F.I.R. states that it is a serious offence.

Learned APP points out from the impugned order that having found the accusations true, the investigating officer has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and other materials reflecting from the record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is rejected.
