Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468,471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 36, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated accused persons has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62320 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 121 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
