Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59784 of 2022(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
