The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 234 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379/461/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in fact he has not stolen the food-grains kept in the three bags rather he has purchased the same from the headmaster of the school.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80402 of 2018(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Sri S.K.
