The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and his wife are alleged to have assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps.
It is submitted that no external or internal injury was found on the dead body of the deceased. Viscera was preserved. The wife of the petitioner has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33284 of 2014 and the case of petitioner stands on similar footing. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20076 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri R.
