2. The representation dated 27.06.2023 filed by the petitioner shall be considered by the Circle Officer, Motipur. If he finds any encroachment then an encroachment proceeding will be initiated and the same shall be disposed of after hearing all the parties including the alleged encroachers.

3. If the Circle Officer, Motipur does not find any encroachment, no encroachment proceeding shall be initiated.
