Petitioner is accused in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018 registered under Section 304B, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner, in the written report is that the petitioner (father-in-law) along with his family members tortured and killed her daughter-in-law for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. The petitioner is an old person aged about Seventy years. There is general and omnibus allegation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1072 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Shivsagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018.
