The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Triveneganj P.S. Case No.105 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 420, 467, 465 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of securing appointment of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, namely, Anil Kumar Yadav in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri S.Ram, the
