Despite valid service of notice, no one appears for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.264 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 452, 341, 323, 427, 379, 354B, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of three days in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
