JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to the respondents to again re-measure the height of the petitioner and if it is found to be more than 162 cm then again his PET test for Admission/Appointment on the post of home guard be taken and if he passes the same then he be admitted/appointed as home guard in Daniyawan Block district Patna vacancy as the petitioner was successful in the running test however thereafter his height was wrongly measured and declare to be 161.5 cm and was not allowed to participate in other tests, which is highly illegal and discriminatory as the

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
