JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 7 of the EC Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Chairman of the local PACS and the alleged rise does not belong to him and on account of political rivalry some persons have alleged that the rice was brought from the petitioner's shop.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the even of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.7000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sadar Motihari in Rajepur Police station Case No. 74 of 2016. One of the sureties would be in form of cash surety.

Petitioner would not be absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch till stage of framing of charge. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Shashi.
