Petitioners are aggrieved on account of inaction of the respondent University in the matter of extending same benefit to the petitioners.

Learned counsel submits that not only Single Judge but Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1844 of 2012 has decided the similar issue which has not been interfered by the Apex Court in SLP.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18919 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University to examine the claim of the petitioners in the light of Annexure 1 to 4 of the writ application at the earliest preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and on verification of the record, if it is found that that the case of the petitioners is similar to that of persons who figures in Anneuxre-1 to 4 similar benefit must be extended to the petitioners in view of 2011 litigation policy of the State Government.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
