JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she obtained appointment on the basis of forged certificate. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She is a lady. She has already superannuated from her service. After one year of her superannuation the present prosecution has been brought alleging therein that she had obtained appointment on the basis of forged matriculation certificate. The delay has not been explained by the prosecution.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two
