In pursuance of the order dated 27.06.2011opposite party has filed an affidavit wherein at paragraph 8 it has been submitted that the order of this Court has been fully complied with

Patna High Court MJC No.4915 of 2014 (4) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 and an amount of Rs.1,06,474/- has been paid to the petitioner by Cheque No.510430 dated 8.6.2017 (Annexure-A). It has been submitted that the order in question has now fully been complied with and the interest and cost have also been paid to the petitioner by the opposite parties.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstance, this Court is now satisfied that there is no further need to proceed in the contempt application.
