The petitioner is accused in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013 registered under Sections 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of demanding Rs.20,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Lac) from the informant through Mobile No. 9708204506 and a person who made demand of ransom is namely, Rajaram. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather he was arrested in Bettiya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 265 of 2013, in which, he confessed his guilt except that there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is accused in three

It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Sheohar, in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
