The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.60 of 2014, G.R. No.1399 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 498A, 323, and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there was allegation of poisoning, viscera report did not indicate any poisonous substance. Further, there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The husband of the deceased lady has already been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.45433 of 2014, vide order dated 17.3.2015.

No.20059 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the nature of allegations, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Bharti, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.60 of 2014, G.R. No.1399 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
