JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant's husband and her son but only injury report of informant's husband was collected by the I.O. in course of investigation. The injury report of informant's husband shows that two injuries were found on the person of the informant's husband and out of them, one injury was found grievous in nature but the said injury was found on the right wrist of injured. Although, learned Additional Sessions has mentioned in the impugned order that grievous injury was found on the head of injured but it appears from perusal of Annexure-2 to the petition that the aforesaid finding is an error on the record.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5514 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.Case No. 161 of 2015.
