Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagaha P. S. case no. 328/2014 registered under sections 379, 307 and other allied section of the IPC. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave farsa blow on the head of the injured Ahmad Hussain and annexure 2, photostat copy of injury report of injured Ahmad Hussain, reveals that he sustained grievous injury.

Therefore, I am not inclined to grant privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52191 of 2014 (2) dt.08-01-2015 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
