In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajoun (Nawada O.P.) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

At the very outset, it has been submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and trial is likely to be concluded soon.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this bail petition is disposed of with the observation that if the trial is not concluded within a period of
