Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they along with several other accused persons attacked on the police party and snatched one Bakhori Yadav who was accused in Chand P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 and in that course some police officials sustained injury. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and no specific overt-act has been attributed against them.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released
